Your kindergarten subscribes to a package with a clear child limit. Every tier includes the full KidTrack feature set—only the included capacity changes. When you outgrow a tier, you move up to the next package (no surprise charges for individual children past your plan’s cap).
Figures show illustrative monthly totals in USD if you use every seat in the package. Your contract and taxes may differ by country—your quote confirms the exact amount. Checkout and billing management are completed on the web.

30-day free trial for kindergartens
When you create a new kindergarten administrator account, your organization can use the full KidTrack feature set during the trial window. After the trial, you choose a paid capacity package (or contact us for a quote). Illustrative tier prices on this page are not a binding quote—your agreement confirms amounts.
- Only the kindergarten pays for the platform; parents and teachers are not charged KidTrack fees.
- When your trial ends, subscribe on the web to continue uninterrupted access; your quote or checkout flow will reflect your region and taxes.
- If the trial expires before you subscribe, write access may be limited until billing is active—manage subscription and renewal from KidTrack Web.
How kindergarten billing works
KidTrack matches the same rules on web and mobile: only your kindergarten pays for the platform; parents and teachers do not.
- You choose a capacity package (Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large). Each has a maximum number of children included on that subscription.
- There is no separate “overage” charge per child past your package limit. When you reach your limit, you upgrade to a larger package on the web billing flow.
- The mobile app shows plan status and sends you to the web to change plans or payment details—it does not run card checkout in the app.
