Kindergarten software pricing by capacity
Your kindergarten subscribes to a package with a clear child limit. Every tier includes the full MyKidTrack feature set—only the included capacity changes. When you outgrow a tier, you move up to the next package (no surprise charges for individual children past your plan’s cap).
Prices are monthly subscription amounts before tax (excl. VAT). VAT or local tax is added at checkout based on your country and business status, so the total you pay may be higher than the figures below. Your contract confirms the final amount.

14-day free trial for kindergartens
When you create a new kindergarten administrator account, your organization can use the full MyKidTrack feature set during the trial window. After the trial, you choose a paid capacity package (or contact us for a quote). Illustrative tier prices on this page are not a binding quote—your agreement confirms amounts.
- Only the kindergarten pays for the platform; parents and teachers are not charged MyKidTrack fees.
- When your trial ends, subscribe to continue uninterrupted access; your quote or checkout flow will reflect your region and taxes.
- If the trial expires before you subscribe, write access may be limited until billing is active—open Subscription in the app or admin portal.
How kindergarten billing works
MyKidTrack matches the same rules on web and mobile: only your kindergarten pays for the platform; parents and teachers do not.
- You choose a capacity package sized to your enrollment. Each has a maximum number of children included on that subscription.
- There is no separate “overage” charge per child past your package limit. When you reach your limit, upgrade to a larger package.
- The app shows plan status; subscribe and manage renewal where you started billing.
